1 General Terms and Conditions

By accessing the hbajay.lat website and using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Person One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If an attempt is made to open multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a violation of these terms and conditions, and hbajay reserves the right to cancel such accounts.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

4 Account Security

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

hbajay supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300.

• Deposits must be made from your own registered payment account.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After successful verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals will be returned to the original deposit method.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not completed.
• If an active bonus is present, wagering must be completed before withdrawal.
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may be suspended for investigation.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on hbajay are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more and get a maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total ৳20,000

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made.

6.3 Other Promotions

• Each promotion can be claimed only once, unless stated otherwise.

9 Responsible Gaming
